Any/All Permits and Location Fees if necessary: Coverage of any necessary permits or fees required to shoot at the specified locations.

Access to Prime Shooting Locations: Carefully selected and often exclusive access to visually stunning locations relevant to the event theme (Salt Flats, Canyon viewpoints, Desert landscapes, Venetian-style villa with stone walls).

Models and scene will be fully designed and styled including Wardrobe, Accessories and Props curated and relevant to the theme.

Prop Availability (Theme Dependent): Provision of specific props that enhance the storytelling and visual appeal of the content being created.

On-Site Coordination for Logistics: VanderRose Studios staff will be present to manage overall event logistics and ensure a smooth experience at the designated location(s).
